The solid brass brushed nickel matte black bathroom faucet is a well-built, high-end faucet.The single hole faucet functions nice, smooth off and on, nice spray, easy to use, great pressure and mobility. The instructions that come with it are awful. It's possible to read through them and follow them. Screw in the hot and cold hoses before you do anything else.
Even without all the hardware attached and trying to do it from below the sink, screwing those hoses in is tricky. Get them attached to the faucet first, then run the giant mounting piece up them and scew it into the faucet, stick all of it through the sink hole and then attach the washers and metal holder/screw in from the bottom.
