Son had one and my wife liked it. We bought it but it does not work for our needs. We have a large lot and run 200 feet of hose of each of our 4 hose bibs. There is a 100 foot hose connected first then this one. the first is 5/8". a number of issues with this one.
First, when you try to drag it across the yard it is VERY DIFFICULT. need to grab it in several places and pull the other hose first. The stretchiness is a definite disadvantage.
Second, when you do have to stretch it out, never got it near 100 feet in length, it is like you are in a tug of war. it is continually pulling back on you. Cannot put a sprinkler on it and set it down for sure..
Third, it cuts the flow down dramatically. not sure what the diameter is when stretched out but I guess about 3/8" instead of the 5/8" of the other hoses we use.
Forth, it does not come back to anywhere near its original shape after being stretched out.
Would love to return it and get our $50 back. It was a birthday gift so I do not have the receipt but I did include the order number.
